    Hey…!

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    The best piece of advice I received was from my late father,

    And it was a damn good advice which I follow to this day,

    But,

    I have tweaked it a bit according to how surroundings forced me to…!

    He advised me—

    “Son work hard and keep your head down, and when things feel like they are coming for your throat, never be afraid to punch them down and step up on them and grow up once again…!”

    Yes,

    Well that is the crude translation of what he said because it was in Panjabi…!

    He said this to me in portions all along his life and by the end he told me to never give up on life and be the person who looks after the family after he is no more here…!

    And that is the duty he trusted on me and I am trying to fulfill it to my limits…!

    Aren’t all of us trying to fulfill the duties and responsibilities that we were given by people who aren’t there anymore…!

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    After the rain washed away my morning routine of taking mithu(pet dog) on a walk,

    We walked in our parking for a while and it got weird as it felt like I was trapped in it…!

    We returned to our home and began our morning routine which is cleaning her and feeding her which I don’t know why but,

    she only eats if she’s hand fed and that is something we have started to do each day…!

    There are many things that I used to worry about,

    I used to worry about how people would think about what I say or how they perceive things that I say to them…!

    When I say worry,

    I mean worry in a sense that I used to think a lot before talking which happens to this day,

    But,

    The sense of filter that I have has become much more common to me which helps me understand people better and speak after listening to people before talking my mind out…!

    There were times that I used to think that things would get better without making any significant effort,

    But,

    When I saw no change,

    I pushed myself to be better for the people who are around me,

    Who depend on me,

    My friend and people who care for me,

    People who looks at me in admiration and a person whose presence brings smile to my face and ultimately myself…!

    In a crux,

    I used to worry how people would perceive me and I changed myself to think that judging and pointing out fingers is something that people do and will do,

    What I can do is be better at what I am right now and take it upwards from this point….!

    Isn’t this prompt similar to the one we answered the day before yesterday …?

    Let me check…!

    The prompt that I am taking about which appeared on 03/08/2026 asked us,

    What our favourite quote was..?

    And we have something on the same lines today…!

    Well this one looks at how a quote describes our lives…!

    Well,

    A single quote that describes my outlook at life would be;

    “This too shall pass…!”

    The reason behind it being how all of us work hard and are often stuck in problems that make us feel not so good about ourselves and cause us to be trapped into this rut like situation which makes us go down rhe rabbit hole even more…!

    Before we even get a time to think about how we can get out of it,

    The mind is playing scenarios in which we are berating ourselves or catch us hearing an earful from our bosses for not being able to solve a problem (no matter how tricky it is…!)

    But,

    Once your mind comes to ease and looks at it from a different perspective or you get a fresh pair of eyes on it and they point out the obvious that was sitting in-front of you and then all of a sudden the problem isn’t complex anymore…!

    And when they ask you for help,

    You become the fresh pair of eyes for their work and point out the things hidden in plain sight..!

    This too shall pass turned into getting a fresh pair of eyes to look at a piece of problem differently by the end…!

    What are your top 10 travel destinations?

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    I cross my fingers and hope,

    I will get my phone back this evening and I will be treating it with much better care and consideration from now on…!

    Well,

    There are many travel destinations that I have within India because the type of work I do, a lot of people are dependent on me and my workings to work ahead;

    And when you are trapped in such a situation it becomes much harder for you to leave the workplace and be at places that you want…!

    There are many places that I want to visit like the mountains and serene valleys of kashmir,

    To seeing the coffee plantations down south;

    To hand plucking tea leaves which are sold to the world from Assam,

    To enjoying a hot cup of tea in bikaner with a few locals as I explore the country…!

    There are a lot of dreams and aspiration that we want in our lives and it makes the life worth living and worthy of enjoying with friends and people who you are close to…!

    For the time being I will be heading out to work and enjoying a friends birthday later this evening,

    With a hope that we will spend the coming year together too…!

    Hey…!

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    Well I’m not tbh because my main phone with all of the data and everything that I need gave up on me and I’m stumbling trying to arrange everything onto an old phone until this one gets repaired and comes back to me…!

    Look how my boy got massacred 🥲

    I left it in my room with my main phone and another one was on the way as the green line issue was bugging me for a while…!

    And I was going to make that my main phone…!

    Until I walked to it and picked up and I was greeted with the green glow that took my heart away…!

    I think 16k will go down the drain to get it repaired..!

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    A single advice to all of you,

    Well entirely of the humanity would be,

    “To think that you can be wrong when you don’t have all the facts and evidence with you…”

    I am saying this with all my mind and soul,

    That there are many decisions that are made haphazardly and causes us to choose wrong things,

    Wrong people,

    And

    eventually forcing ourselves to live our life in a way that we didn’t plan and we realise it too late that we aren’t the same person we were before…!

    Our mind forces us to go back to our old ways and than changing ourselves to the point the version that people knew us by is eroded and we live without a sense and try to shape and fit ourselves in someone’s life,

    Which is the worst and causes the person more harm…!

    In a sense when you feel that there is a need to change or walk on different paths you already should be working towards improving yourself and pushing yourself to walk away from it,

    Instead of sittings still and letting life take a toll on you…!

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    To begin with,

    None of the skills are basic and each and every one of us has worked very hard to achieve them no matter where we stand in life…!

    Imagine coming from a not so well of house and securing a good job that pays well, there are levels to what you can do now but that doesn’t make you forget where you came from,

    So you give to those who helped you when you were in need…!

    Similarly—

    If you find a a partner that loves and cares for you after having a strings of situationships or a toxic person who you can’t seem to get away from,

    The change feels weird, wrong and It makes you feel even less worthy of love and affection that they shower you with,

    But,

    Their constant efforts help you understand that is what you were worthy of never to be toiled with…!

    For me,

    The skill of creation and this never ending curiosity is something that has changed my life…!

    It has helped me meet some of who are away from me,

    Some of them still check up on me and for some of them I wish they achieve their goals soon because they have a lot of hardwork that they have put in and there are many who depend on them…!

    Plus being from an industrial background there are many things that help me realise the importance and values of preparing in advance and being ready for anything because each day there are things that go wrong and to correct them you need quick thinking and being on your toes when it comes to the matter at hand…!

    And this switch from being industrial minded to being considerate enough to help street-dogs and then writing from a female perspective is something that I have honed myself to be to this day…!

    And I thank the supermen being that helped me achieve this and my mom and teachers who came into my life and pushed me to be who I am today…!

    (The age of teachers vary from teenagers to people who are in their mid 50’s…)

    So never ever stop learning and loving yourself because this exploratory mind will help you some day…!

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    I think I relate to the fictional character,

    little prince written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in his novella,

    Le petit prince…!

    Having a French origin the character of little prince is something that I relate to the most instead of picking up some big books…!

    The tale tells us about the little prince going on adventures and questioning things all along the way which I relate to hard(pause)

    This curious nature and its implications of seeking answers to questions that really don’t have any,

    Is something that I feel puts us in the same boat…!

    Well,

    Not the version that is mentioned in the story but a person who is well versed in the world and an older version of the prince who seeks answers even if there are no obvious answers to…!

    And my obsession with bringing to perspective thoughts and ideas that I find, fits the fascination and answers that both of us seek and for exploring it we both are ready to go long ways…!

    An artist who has a single tone but kills it with flows and the story he builds when he spits anything into the mic…!

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    Now this is a prompt that makes us feel great and worse at the same time…!

    There are many things that happen that make us lose hope in this world,

    And even if we wanted them to or not to, they shaped us into who we are today…!

    But,

    We can all believe that everything that has happened is the thing of the past now and you are slowly trying to move from it,

    Sometimes you still feel gutted by what happened like passing away of a loved one,

    Or,

    Something gives you a sense of relief like getting away from a toxic relationship or a person who used to gnaw away at your conscience…!

    Things do happen for a reason but it’s not always that we have a reason or an answer to why it happened,

    Should it have happened or not;

    I felt absolutely gutted when my father passed away 3 years ago and flashbacks of it still go on my mind,

    The things that happened that day,

    I wish we could forget them,

    But,

    Those memories live on forever of a departure that was peaceful after battling cancer for an entire year…!

    But,

    There are some instances that free us from a lot of things and pain that we endure like getting away from a toxic person who hits you and shows like they’re as tame as a sheep when surrounded by people…!

    Everything does happens for a reason but That does not mean we must have a good reason supporting it…!

    Sometimes we just have to accept what has happened and move in a direction that we were before that incident happened…!

    Hey…

    I hope all of you are doing well…!

    Well,

    I’m not that into home decor but there are certain things that I want that I will get once I get to that earning level…!

    To be honest, being the only one earning in my family and spending money only on my family and essentials is something that I was taught to do…!

    And when I do have some spare money or something that I can spend,

    I usually buy my mom and sister something nice 😊

    Because who am I without them…?

    Now about the actual decor…!

    We have a combination of cream and walnut brown as a basic tone of our house…!

    And we have a clean and minimal decor and none of the things you see in a fancy movie where you watch a Indian household with big chandeliers or canvases spreading along the walls or ornaments that collect dust and demand regular cleaning…!

    With only three people at home I think we can avoid a lot by cutting our times which would be wasted on regular cleaning and maintenance…!

    I mean you can have it however you like, but there is already a lot of clutter in our home and I feel that we have to clean it every other day…!

    But,

    That cleaning and arranging it takes a lot of our free time and it makes no sense that we spend a chunk of our time here…!
