What are your favorite sports to watch and play?

I hope all of you are doing well…!
A cool Thursday morning, which should have already been a Friday; but the world slows down its pace as soon as life seems to get hard and you have to do something you don’t like to do at work or the dread is eating you alive…;

“You are born into this world loving a single sport and you should do it because it helps you channel your inner animal…”
These are exact words were said by my best friend as I was at his place watching a cricket match which I had absolutely zero interest in because the next day a big project of mine was supposed to happen…!
So,
I tried to focus on the match but it was too chaotic for me, because I already prepare myself the night before the next day that I am supposed to achieve a specific result;
And the match ran right into my schedule for the prepping;
But there were drinks and a few friends and food that was enough for all of us so we thoroughly enjoyed the night…!
Well contrary to the entire country(and a few who might feel this way…)
I am not into cricket…!
(There I said it…)
I am not into the fact that there are men/woman who gather around a pitch and catch a ball that a player hit which was thrown by another player…;
What does this signify…?
Why I typed it so easily…?
Why don’t I like cricket…?
I don’t ask anyone who likes to explore this world,
why don’t you like the comfort of the four walls that your home provides…?
Because for resting it might be good but that can never be their destiny;
Someone who likes to go out and about; The walls within their home block who they actually are;
On the contrary someone who likes to stay put and loves to live within their homes;
the same four walls brings them comfort…!
Enough banter about why I don’t like cricket and going out of my way to prove a point,,,
Coming back to the prompt
Favourite sport to watch and play…
I don’t watch sports that much so, I don’t have a favourite sport to watch at any given time but I’d love to watch polo someday and that is a dream; (only in person, not online even if they do stream it somewhere, yes there’s a website, we can watch it online but we won’t…)
But I used to play a variety of sports during my high school years;
It would be table tennis to begin with which I started when I was in 7th grade an I played until I was in 10th grade then I switched to basketball-ball, volleyball for a couple months;
Which later turned into badminton which I played until I passed out from the school and I occasionally play until this day too…!
Which makes it one of my favourite sport to play…!
