What’s something you believe everyone should know.

I hope all of you are doing well…
Something that I believe that everyone should know is human nature and its repeated cycle…
If a person has wronged you or even something simple like making delays in giving payment for a job that has already been done(from a business pov)..
They will often repeat this behaviour again in the near future and until you continue to be in business with them, always something will come up, always something will happen;
One day it will be something the next day it will be something else until you take on a crude form and make them agree on your terms…
Same thing happened with me the day before, an old client with such behaviour took some material that our company prepared and it took him a whole month before he came back to pay the dues,
(Even in that he held back a few hundred just because it was a big deal)…
But making them understand that the payment was due for a whole month and the money received at that point would have been utilised in a way that it would have grown by some significant amount until yesterday
But all of these things go over their heads, like I spoke in a language unknown,
As they drove off and I returned with the payment there was a sense of relief that that there was one less persons to worry about brought me some ease…
In a few weeks another order will be placed and its payment will be delayed just like the usual but I do plan to make sure that I receive it on time if I hand it over in person and I can receive the payment in full without waiting,
But not everything goes to plan right…?
Until next time where we can learn something new about the cyclic nature of human and the way they make excuses to get out of situations by giving excuses…
