A clean slate remembering nothing…!

What makes you feel nostalgic?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…!

Today is the New Year’s Eve the final day of the year 2025;

I wish to bring to you love from my side if you’re reading this and you’ve been with me for long enough…!

The things and plans only aim on going upwards from here and better in ways that I can’t describe to you yet…!

There has been problems with schedules and managing time from this already busy 24 hours within this day; but I do plan to continue this because this makes me happy and keeps me connected to myself by letting me know who I am and why I do what I do…!

Coming back to the prompt…!

The word nostalgia means to me about the time that you lived in the past that had pleasure and also a mix of sadness because that is long gone which won’t come back again ever…!

Tbh the world has forced itself so much upon this mind that I barely even remember my childhood;

This might be sad to hear but yes this is how it is, I only know flashbacks of my childhood and even those memories are fleeting away from me;

When I’m within those whom I call my own and they remember their childhood an the moments we spent in school together I try to make believe from their conversations;

It doesn’t necessarily break my heart but it shatters something that I cannot remember something that we did together and we can’t relate to it anymore so we just talk about things around us…!

Long story short^

The memories that are fleeting away,

The memories that are fading which I partially remember they make me feel nostalgic,

I’m not the same person I was back then and each and every day I forget them a little bit more,

It seems the day isn’t far that I have a clean slate without any memories and that is what truly fears me…!

Well,

That’s a topic for another day and another version of me to worry about;

For all of you I hope you spend New Year’s Eve and the morning of the new year in your loved one’ arms while I pull a shift that I have planned to put my family in a better financial state;

A promise that gets priority over everything…!

Relationships that built our foundations

What relationships have a positive impact on you?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

The new year is almost upon us now,

It’s 30th of December today;

And just two days are left…

Let’s try and be a better version of ourselves in the coming year and make ourselves happy by focusing on ourselves rather than the world outside…!

Coming back to the prompt of the day;

Well this life is full of relationships that make and break us, but there are many which made me who I am today…

First the business relationship that I had with my father,

where he taught me all about the importance of building trust with the clients and also how we can land clients who aren’t satisfied with anything else otherwise;

He made me realise that you need to hear the problem a client is facing and draw conclusions with them to reach a point where both they and us are satisfied…

My relationship with my mother, who brought me into this world and cherished me from the bottom of her heart;

she taught me how to be soft spoken and to always listen before speaking anything or saying even a single word from your mouth; this gives the person a sense of satisfaction and in a sense relief that they are/were heard and even their words mean the world to someone…!

My relationship with my friends is that of a curious person;

we discuss topics that are crucial and gruesome at the same time, on discussing those we come to a point where we differ,

Then we understand the need of communication between us because it deepens our friendship when we constantly touch the boundaries which we made for ourselves and expand it each time…!

My relationship that I used to have with a certain someone who I used to call the love of my life was that of best friends,

we used to talk on call discuss our routine later when home we used to video call each other because of the distance between us; something that came between us eventually and flung us apart from each other, forcing us to to walk on paths different from each other…!

Well, if you ask me these relationships that exist around us make and break us;

If on opening your eyes you think about survival and making it back to your home or the loved ones, your mind becomes coded in that way and everything becomes a survival story…!

The type of worlds we live in…!

With that being said the new year came at the worst time,

in the middle of the week this year…!

Well even if it did, let’s make it the best of us and a promise to self to be a better version of ourselves in the coming year…!

A fearless badger and surrounded by Prussian blue and gold…

If you started a sports team, what would the colors and mascot be?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…!

Here we go again,

It’s a freaking Monday again and all of the cycle repeats, the hatred that we have we have to channel it and be productive towards life and work to be paid and able to live yet again to see the next day…!

Going back to the work and being surrounded by some people who chip off your will to live and some who work hard amongst you to make an impact on your life…

Coming back to the prompt-

To be honest,

I’m not that of a sports person while being from a country that dies for cricket and showers the players with their love and money when it comes to betting…!

I haven’t been interested in anything that connects, of sorts, because I did a lot of it during my school years, and maybe I got over all the obsession back then…?

Even I don’t have an answer for that..!

Well if you’re asking for the colour it would be something like Prussian blue with gold stripes or cracks that look like the Japanese pottery that is fixed using gold paste or filling…!

A mix and match of colors like this…!

And the mascot would be a badger giving out the idea of independence, massive strength and fearlessness that is associated with it…

I mean look at this cute badger who doesn’t care ever no matter how big of a predator stands in-front of them…

These are ideas that I grabbed from thin hair and I don’t know the sports or a place where a thing like this would even work or not,

But if someone stumbles upon this and uses this one do give credit where it’s due 😂😭

A perfect space for you

You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

The weekend is finally upon us today and I hope it’s a good one for you, if you made some plans during the week or some commitment like cleaning your home/ or your room or arranging some meeting with friends which you haven’t been able to for a few weeks now;

Make sure you have someone to talk to outside of the office or the relationship maybe a friend and spend time with them it could be as simple as grabbing a coffee or even a snack…!

Coming to the prompt;

This is too one sided maybe a tad bit too coloured, because it’s seen that the writing and reading needs a perfect space,

Writing

It sometimes origins from the deep hell that exists within your heart, sometimes it comes from a traumatic experience or even a life or death situation;

But its origin can also be traced by looking into the eyes of loved ones or maybe a group of friends hanging out or even getting a coffee 😄 you see the world happening around you and it gives tou certain ideas that are worthy of being written…

The same can be said about

Reading;

You can be travelling in a train/metro and you can have an audiobook in your ears (technically that’s listening/hearing I know),

But,

It doesn’t matter where you are,

I’ve seen people when I went out to hill stations and they were sitting and reading their books and they were enjoying it but not the surroundings they were in,

Would it be wrong to remind them that they were enjoying the wrong thing…??

Well I did and they told me that they were happy with why they saw around them but they also had a commitment to themselves(reading a said number of books each year !)

And we talked a bit and then we were on our way;

If you still think there’s a specific state or a space to read and write it’s a misconception that you have;

It can come to you any time of the day or night if you ask me…

So there’s not a specific place or time that you need to write or read according to me…

A reminder to take it slow as it’s just morning of the Saturday as I’m writing this;

The weekend is already upon us and try to include ginger shots in your life, a bitter drink at first but packed with a lot of health benefits, helping you detox and refresh you from the inside…

My ride or die

What is your all time favorite automobile?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…!

The Christmas is over and within a few days the new year will be upon us;

On top of that it’s a Friday and the last working day of the week and I hope you have some days off during the first few days of new year like 31st or 1st of January 2026;

But that being said; I hope that you get to spend time with family and loved ones more this year while also being able to earn good…!

Well, coming to the prompt,

My favourite automobile is my two wheeler,

A trusted partner of mine whom I spent a whole lot of money replacing its engine once and carburator twice…

It was a whole lot of expense until I found the best person to treat her and get it serviced alright…

My plus one who takes me everywhere and in turn I take care of her too;

My first ride which has been through all of my ups and downs, and also stays with me when I am the happiest…

My ride or die(well I have found myself in some situations too where it was either me or the person infront of me and I saved their lives instead of mine…)

But that’s just basic civic sense I wouldn’t willingly hurt two-three people where I could just get scraped and hurt myself a little bit instead…

A creative dreamland

How are you creative?

Hey…!

I hope all of you are doing well…!

First of all from the bottom of my heart merry Christmas to all of you..!

Even though I am not the one celebrating it doesn’t mean I can’t be a part of the community which celebrates it, can I…?

(Coming to today’s prompt)

Well, this is a tricky question, asking a person about their creativity; because I don’t know the origin of it,

But I do have an idea that I follow by,

I have a vision and I need the world to see the same.. if that comes by reading a piece of text or an illustration that makes my idea crystal clear to any person who comes across it, isn’t that the end goal for all of us…?

That’s what he creativity I can muster up and all of my time goes away to achieve that, when I write a piece of text or a paragraph or a story…!

The basic idea or the crux of the concept should be understood by someone who is reading it for the first time and the idea plants a seed that germinates into something beautiful which in turn helps other…!

That’s my creativity for you…!

Parents who did everything for us…

Who are the biggest influences in your life?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

One of the biggest influences that I’ve had in this life are my parents,

Well, technically my Mom,

As soon as I left school I was forced to help in my business but I really wanted to pursue other dreams and aspirations that I had, but due to reasons I wasn’t able to and when I learnt all of the basics and intermediate stuff,

I lost the one person who pushed me to work hard in this line, my father;

But that’s didn’t make me leave or fall behind in any way, because I made this work my life and started to work on other things on the side…

And my mom,

She has been the pillar in my life who works hard for our survival and makes sure that we are doing well and are free of any stresses that haunt us;

A set of parents who spent their lives giving us the place that they never imagined in their lifetime and working hard for it repairing all the while all taking care of us even if they were sick or going through some problems that they couldn’t tell us,

They worked for us and continued to until their last which makes their sacrifice something that we can never achieve;

Maybe we can try to be like them and expect this from our children once they reach the stage that we are in right now…

Just our dream;

With that being said its only Wednesday today, and that’s haunting for us daily workers;

Maybe some of you have days off ahead or it’s a day off for you today because it’s Christmas Eve today;

So try to drink some eggnog (don’t recommend it tho..)

And if you’re going to spend some time drinking, make sure you consume adequate water beforehand, which helps you stay hydrated during all the hustle and bustle there is today. Also, try to eat something as you cook a meal if you are hosting an event and will have some guests over…

Share what you know about the year you were born.

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

I was born in the year 1999, so the most important thing that was happened a few months after I was born was the India-Pakistan war also known as the Kargil war…

It started a few months after I was born on May 3rd 1999 and ended on July 26 of the same year;

It was started due to militants taking spaces that belonged to India around the LOC(the line of control) which is the heavily guarded border between our country and the next one…

It’s said that the militants took up our spaces and were aiming to cut off Leh and Srinagar highway a crucial area and a part that connected Kashmir with India…

A two-and-a-half-month chaos that was endured by our army but with limited capabilities and not being able to use the air force;

The mission was completed and there were martyrs too,

Captain Vikram Batra(Sher Shah)

Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey

And many more;

Their sacrifices became the reason we are able to go and explore Kashmir and see it with our own two eyes…

There’s only one thing that is said at this point of time,

Jai Hind(जय हिन्द)

The incident that happened a few months after I was born but a crucial development for us all;

I wish their souls are in a better place right now and are bearing fruits of their sacrifice;

A new week is upon us and today marks Tuesday another day another week and all that we do is try to live it to the fullest;

Go and save some money for the thing that you wanted from a very long time;

I’ve started too,

Let’s see how long it will take to reach our goals…!

A person who sees through you…

Are you a good judge of character?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

I try to think of this as I am still learning how to be a good judge of how humans respond…

Because if you want to know someone’s character you need to know a bit about them beforehand or have a basic knowledge of how people respond to cues and to other people around them…

Imagine a scenario where you’re on a date with someone and you clearly see them giving a hard time to the waiter by butting in every time and berating them when they aren’t aware of something which they need to confirm with the chef and then they make fun of the person because of the low paying scale of the job that they are doing,

This probably means they haven’t worked hard for their money or will treat you the same once everything shiny fades away…

Another one would be how they talk to the elders like their parents, grandparents or someone older who passes them;

But,

Here in no way I mean you should tolerate whatever they say, you need to have your own opinion and views along with the guidance that they provide because they have a longer experience of the world that you and I live in and it wouldn’t hurt to just hear them out,

Later you can form your own opinion in regard to their or maybe choose the path that is different from what they guided you to,

Ultimately it’s your call…!

Lastly, this is something that I was taught by my late father, imagine you give someone some money and they promise you they will return it to you within a span and they return it partially or a small amount and they try to avoid you after that,

Not taking your calls or even thinking about returning your money,

Now,

The said amount became a life lesson for you and taught you the character of that person too…;

It can be a cheap lesson or an expensive one too but you now already know who not to talk to or associate with anymore…

With that being said,

A new week is upon us and let’s find something that brings us happiness along with the work that we do maybe it’s coffee of the new place or a dish that you want to have…;

Instances that bring me joy

When are you most happy?

Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

Have you ever wondered if you’re like truly happy…?

Like doesn’t it feel like all of it is an illusion created for you to endure more…?

With that being said, there aren’t many things that give me happiness that can be everlasting, but there are numerous temporary fixes that help me along the way…

One of those would be spending time with loved ones and friends away from all the devices maybe a retreat or all of us sitting around a bonfire and discussing our lives maybe sipping on something to cut the cold outside(iykwim)…

Another would be spending time travelling to places, many people would believe that the destination is the actual goal but travelling to the destination is another thing that gives me happiness, it is very vibrant seeing the world pass in-front of your eyes and it gives me(a writer) many thoughts and ideas as I’m viewing them…

And many of the stories that I write origin from the daily happening in life that passes from the corner of my eyes as I’m driving to and from work or when I make a pit stop somewhere to buy essentials…

And,

How can we ever forget the arms of our beloved…

The whole world exists within them and even if we see each other after a few days and sometimes once a week; the love that we have for each other is undying, and when I’m in her arms, the world feels like it’s gone silent and all of chaos subsides(a cheap attempt at describing how it feels 🥲)

Another one would be getting to know about the childhood of old people and how they grew up, there’s a lot of nostalgia and happiness with occasional tears that remind them of the time that now is long gone but never forgotten…

How can I ever forget music and it’s vast immense, the only thing that I need is music((tbh that’s more like my phone headphones earphones Bluetooth speaker And some other equipment)) and I’m good for life…

Some of the things that bring me immense happiness..

The weekend is coming to an end and a new week is almost upon us 😩,

Rather seeing it as another week that has to be endured let’s do some things that bring us happiness…

Maybe a new start for the year 2026 that’s just a few days away now..?
