Leaving a Livable World: Our Responsibility Today

    Daily writing prompt
What are you most worried about for the future?

    Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…

Something about my future that I’m deathly worried about…?
It would be leaving this world uninhabitable for the future,
That will inherit this planet from us…

Imagine your kids and your grandkids,
with the current trend going on,
and leaving to them a world that won’t survive a span of 50 years,
feeling the temperature, it went this summer,
it went to what feels like 51.9-degree Celsius,
as I was sweating like crazy at work these past few weeks…

    Imagine,
these conditions deteriorating a few years down the line,
as we aren’t stopping the emissions and dumping of waste into the public drainage,
which in turn block and jam the drain systems and cause problems,
and to clear that a lot of manpower is required,
and fuel guzzling equipment that help in short term,
    But,
cause a lot of problems like release of carbon monoxide,
and other harmful by-products of incomplete combustion…

Let’s not forget the big industries bypassing all hurdles and dumping their waste into water bodies directly,
and those big drains that which take waste from our home,
little of it actually gets refined,
but most of it ends up in these water bodies and cause problems like pneumonia, and consumption of this water carrying waste that can be considered equal to be carcinogenic,
anyone who consumes it will definitely be affected later on in life…

    Also,
    these so-called top tier,
the people who are the top 1%,
and when they use private jets and travel all over,
    They crush the individuals,
    your or my effort…!?

    For example,
A private jet from NYC to LA gives around 7 to 10 tons of emission,
    (For 3~5 people)
    for a five-hour flight,
and a typical person emits in a year,
which turns out to be 2.07 metric tons per year….

    Now imagine being,
a normal person and facing consequences,
for something that you haven’t even THOUGHT ABOUT,
and you have to shoulder the blame for them…

A dream to have a clean source of fuel and equal sharing of responsibility,
and leaving a better planet for those who are yet to bless us with their presence…

    A dying wish..

    Cheers🥂

    Life Lessons from Personal Quotes

    Daily writing prompt
Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?

    Hey

I hope you all are doing well…!

There are a few sentences that i live by,
    they aren’t necessarily quotes,
but they’re self-drawn rules that I live by,
    Well,
I think each and every one of us should have some,
rules or something that helps you set,
    what is right or wrong,
    in a situation…

Quotes are those who are written by a writer and such,
and when you are one in the making,
what’s better than looking at something that you wrote,
    to keep yourself in check,
during times that you thought would be the end of you…

    The said quote(s)…

    1)

THE FALL TAUGHT ME TO GET UP AND MOVE FORWARD,

IT DIDN’T TELL ME TO STOP AND SIT DOWN,

IT TOLD ME THE REASON FOR THE FALL,

    AND I DIDN’T STOP LEARNING,

    NOR I’M STOPPING,

    DIDN’T STOP YESTERDAY,

    WILL NOT STOP TODAY,

    WONT STOP TOMORROW,

    BECAUSE,

    I DIDN’T STOP LEARNING…

    ★Didn’t stop learning★

    2)

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

    CAN’T CRASH OUT

✅CAN THUG MY WAY OUT OF THIS ONE, SO

    I WON’T CRASH OUT

These two are the ones I often check out,
there are more but those are some other ideas,
    prompting some other feelings…

    For the time being,
    you can read them,
    save them,
    make them your quotes too…

    Cheers 🥂

  • Best Hidden Gems for Delicious Food in Delhi…

    What is your favorite restaurant?

    Hey,
    i hope you all are doing good;

    Um,
    my favorite restaurant?
I’m not that expensive or bent over for a fact that i have an expensive restaurant on my list but,
trying and finding those who make good food at a rate that is not dirt cheap that you have to question their ways…

One of the okay-Ish one is this place where they make affordable Asian food,
    (specifically Chinese)
and their rolls are worth dying for,
they have been in business for more than 20 years and they still serve customers till date…

(Do you think its a good place if their food runs out faster than they can fill it back up again…?)

One of the middle quality ones is located in a posh locality,
    literally on Lodhi road…
(i guess you got the clue)
Their essence is hidden by a big building and tall structures so most of the people don’t even know that this place exists…

They serve a variety of cuisine from Chinese to south Indian
    (Also everything in the middle..)
They have a vast variety of breads cakes pastries and
their coffee>>> worth dying for with their New York cheesecake…
(UFF i have my mouth watering this early…)

Have yet to find a good high end one that lives upto their name,
    the go to ones are
    Kwality in cp for their iconic dishes and their ambiance;
    for coffee you’ll find me at devan’s (lodhi colony🤍);
louis for their burger…(Its a cloud kitchen so i prefer delivery of it over anything)

    And to many more that I’m forgetting;

    Cheers 🥂

Had a really Good evening yesterday, The chai that broke all the tiredness that I had last evening after leaving work after a tedious 12+ hour shift; just this one(or two cups) that gave me a new will to live…
