How do you manage stress?

Hey…
I hope all of you are doing well…!
It was a good day today…!
Ashtami Pooja was a blast,
We prepared stainless steel boxes that I bought a few days back filled it with small Frooti boxes 2 pooris, semi dry chole and halwa that we made at home, also with slices of brown coconut that I broke and cut into bite sized pieces of…!

Forgot the banana and the 20 bucks that we put in the box as a way to gift the goddess…!
Apart from that I had to go to deliver kanjak(The box full of thing) to a few houses near me…!
After doing that I was free to do what I wanted…!
Which was trying to sleep because I woke up around 5 to drop my maternal aunt at the railway station and I returned home around 8 after having the railway station coffee which was watered down and bad…!
So,
After having poori chole and halwa—
I feel asleep or tried to,
But I had to bring my brothers son to our place because he wanted to stay the night…!
And,
Now he’s going berserk on Roblox…!
I think he’s playing rivals on it and he made me play a level with him and he had to carry me all three games we played on my phone…!
😂😂
(I felt like a sore loser but didn’t let it show mon my face..!)
Coming back to the prompt
Types of stresses there are…
The stresses that all of us carry can be humongous…!
To be honest we say that some jobs carry stresses that are much more than what they seem on the surface…!
Imagine being a person who works in an office or an educational institution…!
Your stresses might be achieving targets on time and giving your best each day which might be limited to giving sending emails and hitting your quarter goals…!
But,
When you are sitting in that seat and see the complexities that you face the stresses are on another level…!
Similarly,
When you’re working in an industry and you have to work with tight tolerances and even little errors can cause the entire job to be scrapped…!
So the stresses are on another level—
I know this because working in the field and making mistakes has taught me a lot more than what I could learn within any college program…!
The same could be said about someone who works in the place where their hard work is paid off only by the amount of work they put in…!
Imagine working as a brick maker in rural areas and not being paid for the work adequately which forces you to lean towards addiction to press down the emotions that force you be free of this caged life…!
That sort of a job takes its toll on your life, body and well being of you and the family that lives around you…!
Some stresses can be managed by spending time with your loved ones…!
Some can be swept under the rug the rug by hanging out with your friends,
Some can be removed by listening to some good music like I am right now…!

Some need professional help for which you have to voluntarily admit that you suffer from it…!
Maybe,
It was never about being stressed to the point where we feel nothing about anything—
Sadly this is a reality for many of us forcing us to take drastic measures like abusing substances or hitting the bottle hard…!
But,
It was never about replacing a stress with something that would cause harm to you later…!
But,
What if you don’t know any better…?
Or,
You’re surrounded by people who are in the same boat as you and that small buzz is the only way out—
Maybe drowning your sadness and pain with it,
Coming back to it yet again the next day…!
I hope,
The stresses that you have are reduced by a certain extent and you get the strength to overcome them naturally by not being dependent on anything..!
Cheers 🥂
