What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Hey…
I hope all of you are doing well..!
A hard day at work yesterday was,
Had a kill a few tasks by the end of the day and we secured a new order from a business that earlier used to deal with us directly,
But,
Now they have put an intermediary party that secures all of the material that is required to run their business;
A convenience for them,
But,
It waivers that dealings that we had with them and counts as a fresh start,
To which we said that we won’t work without an advance payment;

And when this advance figure comes in,
It becomes difficult for all of us;
The order has already been delayed a week and a half because we didn’t receive one,
And after getting a minimal amount that doesn’t even begins to dent the total value,
We told them to give us at least 30% of the deal but they are still saying that we will give it to us in a day or so…!
Like we will start working without securing at least the amount of material that is required to accomplish the task…!

Because this is the first time we are dealing with them,
And they thought that we would work without any advance payment just because they supply to a company that we used to deal with…!
Things we deal with on the daily..!😅
Grown men acting like we are going to run away with their money after being in the business for 60+years,
Even after they got a confirmation from the company they are going to take it to,
To contact us for the material and final product…!

Fun ways to exercise
Well,
Let me begin you by telling you that I thought working out or even getting at least half hour maybe an hour of walk was trivial and no fun at all…!
But,
As soon as I found a way to pair it with an activity that gives me a sense of detachment from it,
While giving me motivation to continue on for longer,
It becomes easier…!
First one would be to involve a friend or a partner—
in the exercise or a set of exercises that you are doing…!
It creates a sense of friendly competition and pushes you to do better each day as they keep you or you keep them pushing in the at direction…!
A fun and interesting way to keep exercising…!
Second would be involve a pet,
Maybe go on longs walks while exploring a newfound place or take them on a hike,
Which pushes both you and them at the same time…!
Deepening the bond you have with them,
Make sure to carry some treats to appreciate their correct behavior and also keep a rubber stick to protect them from other things that might cause them harm…!
Third would be taking guidance from a trainer;
And this would better happen within closed doors like a gym or another training facility;
And under their guidance it would be better to work out or exercise while they improve your form and action…!
At last all of it would be supplemented by music,
Which gives me a boost and a will to work harder and push myself to my limits…!
In a crux,
Either working out with a partner/friend,
A pet or a personal trainer ;
Would be the way to go and make it fun;
If you’re a loner like me,
You can follow hiit workouts or basic exercises while sitting at home and seeing it on your phone or having a trainer in virtual to guide you…!
It can be fun if you work at a pace that build and maintains you even if you’re all alone…!
