What is the best excuse you have heard lately?

Hey…
I hope all of you are doing well…!
Once you become clear with human nature and in how many different places it can run you can hear many excuses,
And they differ in such a manner that you cannot even fathom it…!
“Excuses like I’m sick or I’m feeling under the weather” for plans they made and then bailed on later are common,
And,
Later finding them enjoying themselves a day or so later made me realise the problem…
“There are instances where I understand that the excuse is genuine” because I already know them and if they could actually go through the situation that they’re talking about,
Because people can easily tell someone passed away just to cancel plans,
But,
If I knew someone was running sick or had short time on this G0d’s green earth,
I understand and go to them to give some ease and take some responsibilities off their shoulders…!
Someone once told me that they thought the plan was of the next day and I sat there dumbfounded,
Cancelled all my plans and made time from my tight schedule for them and our friendship and guess what,
Neither that friend exists nor does the friendship anymore,
We just gradually drifted apart from each other…!
There might be reasons beyond my doubt or even my comprehension but,
These excuses make me up,
You up and all of us up…!
Sometimes a lie is something that saves us from meeting the person or spilling us out of a situation that we don’t want to be in…!
And that’s how even the worst of the excuses come with a reason which is to deny your presence or maybe deny a thing or an object that you have problem with letting others take it from you…!
