How do you define success in life?

Hey…
I hope all of you are doing well…!
Well;
A tragic thing—
I had an accident…!
I was returning home around 8 after giving Diwali gifts to people around me and royally fell from my Scootie because the municipal corporation decided to tear the road on a curve which extended from left side to the right and leave a 3 inch gap in the middle and traction was lost and I slipped and fell in my left side—
Scraped my elbow and took a light hit in my left knee, thank god it wasn’t right one or an older injury would for sure have made my life worse…!
I delivered Diwali gifts to some of the people with whom I deal on a daily basis and the businesses too…!
After cutting material all day today I left around 5 in the evening to deliver some of the remaining relatives;
And I went to a friends house who used to study with me from class 1 upto class 5 and then we switched schools, but our mothers were tight and they helped each other in need and were there for each other when one fell…!
I returned home around 8:30 and cleaned my bed arranged the remaining Diwali gifts neatly in the corner of my room and started to finish the prompt that I started this morning…!
Coming back to the prompt
My way of defining success
Well,
Consider me old class but—
I feel that I will be successful if and only if people around me are successful or reach a place that is atleast equal or more than me…!
There is no point in attaining success if people around me struggle with their daily life—
It would mean that I thought about myself and myself only and at the end of the day it would mean that I lost myself somewhere while climbing the ladder of success…!
And if I ever attain a success like that I don’t want it even a single bit…!
I see my cousins who suffer and are working hard each day to build a life and some are building their homes as life happens and they don’t have a father over their heads…!
But,
If I’m not able to think about them and make their lives better, there’s no way I’m the same person who was before he started everything…!
I remember the promises, the drinks we shared and the conversations we had once we were in the haze how we will help each other out once— one of us makes it…!
Some people might consider other things but,
For me the people who are around me and whom I grew up around—
If they aren’t able to live a better life with by success I don’t deserve it,
Not even a single bit…!
They can use it and if it’s possible id like to employ them under me if they want to so they can manage and help me along with them earning a fair amount each month along with coverages that will make them secure for the lifetime…!
