Hey…

I hope all of you are doing well…!

5000 steps might be achievement worthy to someone who has started working out after a while or it might be a starting goal for someone who is starting a fresh after skipping their routine;

But for me I easily reach the five thousand step mark as my work requires me to be on my feet all day…!


Walking to and from one lathe machine to another and checking up on the other machine and making sure if the material coming out of it is of appropriate size and then coming back and resuming my job…!


If your job demands that you sit in a cubicle and work your rear off for 8+hours,

I’d advise you to change some habits like getting up and walking for even 30 seconds or a minute if possible every 45 minutes…!

This way you can reach the goal faster and start a change that will lead towards a better health…!

Only if you keep it up each day,

Along with changing other destructive habits…!


Well,

I guess this is where the prompt ends today…!

But,

I do cheer on someone who is making efforts of starting things from scratch;

I know it requires sheer dedication and a lot of patience and commitment which in itself is cheer worthy…!


So,

Keep on and hit the 5000 step mark today…!

A stranger from this side of the world believes in you…!
