If you could start a new business right now, what would it be?

Hey…
I hope all of you are doing well…!
If I could start a business it would most probably be something related to food…!
To be honest I love the process of procuring material,
And cooking food for myself…!
And,
If we could do it on a smaller level like a cloud kitchen first and after that if the business runs successfully we can open a dedicated place which I hope I can buy outright,
Because I don’t want the threat of rent looming on my mind that I definitely cannot miss paying the owner in the first week of every month…!
To be honest—
If I can buy a place outright,
There wouldn’t be a need for me to open a business in the first place because everyone knows the rates of properties are in Delhi these days…!
If,
Money was never a problem to begin with…!

I’d construct a building(singular at first)
And provide people houses that are within their budget and have multiple houses in a single floor…!
This would be my way of giving back to the community;
But,
Nothing’s free so,
I would charge them less compared to others in the vicinity,
Which would crash the rent housing market in the area which would ultimately push the other landlords either to lower their rates or push them to form a rule which would involve the local government body and take the form of finally forming a rent control body which would help form a rate ceiling in which everyone would come to play…!
(Haha, this is a nice book idea…!)

Within my vicinity
I would love to open a shop that provides the basic services of printing, photocopy and a proper kirana shop,
Because there are a few in my area but they are slowly dying due to these dark stores of Blinkit and Instamart…!
So the last option is scratched off…!
